It is an extra level of flame control only the most powerful assasin in the world can do. It basically lets your power to go unoticed until attack and can be used to sneak away. It is caused by the user can surpress their power until they want to release it for an attack. It is total control of what power your flame is used in full or caged at zero percent. This supressor seals up the power of the flame making the flames energy (flame) pure black. Needs complete cocentration.
